This project is aimed to create a car management system to assist driver by providing model for outer environment with support of cameras, gps and other sensors. Here is a list of planned features;
Live camera view of outer environment
Car and obstacle recognition
Modeling environment with accurate distances
Integrating 3D modeling with gps system and some other 3D features(like integrating google’s streetview)
Crash and risk warning
Providing a base for car multimedia system
Providing extensions (usb port, bluetooth connection to a 3G cell phone)
Getting online content(up-to-date maps, etc…)
